Tax Office remains open, appointments necessary
In accordance with Gov. DeWine’s state order to minimize the community spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the mandate that common areas may have no more than ten people, effective Thursday, March 19, the City of Springboro Tax Office will remain open— by appointment only-- 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Please call 937-748-9701 to schedule.
Note that the City of Springboro’s Tax filing deadline is April 30, 2020.
The Tax Office offers several ways to assist you with tax preparation and filing:

Online tax preparation program
File your completed return online: using the electronic Dropbox on our website
Use our physical drop boxes to submit your return: We have a convenient drop box in the City Building parking lot, 320 W. Central Ave., near the library and another in the City Building entrance area.
Need more assistance?
Submit your W-2’s, the front page of your Federal Form 1040, and your Federal Schedule 1 (if you filed one) to us by mail, electronic Dropbox, or physical drop box. We’ll complete your tax return at no charge and send it back to you for review and signature. Be sure to include a contact phone number so we can reach you if we have questions.
