During the BZA meeting, a public hearing will be held in regards to an appeal filed by Panna Chordia, business owner, Global Natural Stones, LLC, 485 North Main Street (SR 741). Mr. Chordia is objecting to a City order to screen the outdoor storage of materials associated with the business in compliance with the Planning & Zoning Code of the City of Springboro. The property is located southwest of the intersection of Tamarack Trail and North Main Street. Many long time residents of Springboro will know the property as the site of L&L Plumbing.
