[ARCHIVED] Community Update Regarding the Easton Farm Development Application

Community Update Regarding the Easton Farm Development Application:

At the June 9 Planning Commission meeting, the members voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the revised development plan to the City Council. This is only the first step in the development review process. The City Council must set a Public Hearing to begin their review of the application. No action will be taken on this item at the June 17 meeting other than setting the Public Hearing which is anticipated to be scheduled for a meeting in August. (It must be at least 30 days after the Planning Commission action to allow for proper public notification.) There remains plenty of opportunities to review and comment on the plan.  Any questions or comments about the plan can be directed to Dan Boron, City Planner at danb@cityofspringboro.com or by calling Dan at (937) 748-6183.
