[ARCHIVED] Springboro Tax Department offers virtual meetings

COVID-19: Springboro Tax Department offers “virtual” tax appointments to help residents complete their 2019 returns

For the safety of residents and staff, the City of Springboro’s Tax Department remains closed to the public for the foreseeable future. But, citizens will still be able to get personalized help filing their tax returns from department staff members.

If you’re accustomed to coming to the City Building to get help with your tax return, try out a “Zoom” appointment with our staff. CLICK HERE to access our shared calendar and set up this face-to-face online meeting. A staff member will be available to answer your questions and, if you provide your tax documents in advance, will prepare and report the results of your return. (Instructions for submitting documents will be provided with your meeting confirmation.)

If you prefer to “meet” by phone, you can also request a telephone appointment. CLICK HERE to access our shared calendar and set up a dedicated time to speak one-on-one with a tax representative about your return.

Whether you choose to connect with us via Zoom or phone, we’ll send you confirmation of your appointment with all necessary follow-up instructions to get you to the meeting and make it productive. Appointments will be available beginning May 4, 2020.

As always, tax forms and filing information are also available on our Web site. If you have additional questions, please call our office at 937-748-9701. A tax department representative will return you call within 24 hours.
