2. General Information

   Springboro residents may reserve a shelter--as available--by completing this form.

   Non-residents and non-resident group reservations may be submitted 30 DAYS prior to the requested date. 

   RESERVATIONS FOR 2026 will be accepted from Springboro residents beginning January 15, 2026. Non-residents may submit 30 days prior to the requested date.  NORTH PARK SHELTER and AMPHITHEATER reservations will not be accepted May 8 - 31  as the parking lot will be resurfaced. 

   Our City park shelters are available for reservations by the day at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-Residents and non-resident group reservations will only be taken 30 days prior to the requested date.

   Park shelter use is permitted only during regular park hours of operation: dawn until dusk-- 6 am to 10 pm, unless authorized and approved by the Springboro Park Board and/or City Manager. 

   Shelters may not be reserved on a date that a City event is scheduled at that location.

   Four of our parks host shelters:

   • Community Park: 3 shelters: available April 1 - Oct. 31, park restrooms are closed Nov. 1 - March 31. The DK Pump Tracks at Community Park are not available for reservation. The pump tracks are open for all to use. 
   • Clearcreek Park: 1 shelter: available April 1 - Oct. 31, park restrooms are closed Nov. 1 - March 31. 
   • North Park: 1 shelter: available year round.  This shelter cannot be reserved if a City event is occurring at the Park.  NORTH PARK SHELTER and AMPHITHEATER reservations will not be accepted May 8 - 31  as the parking lot will be resurfaced. 
     
   • Kacie Jane Park: 1 shelter-- This shelter and park CANNOT be reserved. Please note that setting up pop up tents or other shelters and using grills or other cooking equipment is not permitted.
