This electroTax stop signnic dropbox may only be used to submit documents to the Tax Department in response to a Tax Department request.


Individuals

If you are uploading one or more documents for this purpose, please follow the instructions on our submission form. Then upload the form and your documents by clicking here.

Do NOT use the dropbox to upload documents so that the Tax Department can prepare your return. THIS SERVICE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

  • For tax preparation assistance with 2025 returns, please use our E-File system, LIME, (available February 16, 2026) or schedule an appointment with our Tax Department.
  • For tax-preparation assistance with prior-year returns (i.e., 2024 and earlier) please schedule an appointment with our Tax Department.

Do NOT use the dropbox to submit your completed Springboro Tax Return.

Please submit your tax return via postal mail, drop it off at one of our physical drop boxes (located in the City Building parking lot and City Building foyer) or bring it to the Tax Department.
