Utility Bill Direct Payment Program

The City of Springboro is pleased to offer an efficient alternative to mailing or delivering Utility bill payments each month. We are now able to offer a Direct Payment Program where, with pre-authorization, payments will automatically be received by the City on the 20th of each month. Residents no longer need to remember to write and mail a check, or call in a credit card number. We will take care of it for you!

How to Sign Up

By using Direct Payment, you’ll save time preparing payments, save money on postage fees, and eliminate the chance of a late payment. To take advantage of the safety, reliability and convenience of direct payment, follow these easy steps:

  1. Obtain the Direct Payment authorization form from the City of Springboro in person, via mail by calling 937-748-9721,  email Utility Department, or download the Direct Payment for Checking form (PDF).
  2. Return completed form and requested information in person or by mail to:
    City of Springboro
    Attn: Utility Billing
    320 West Central Avenue
    Springboro, OH 45066

Participants will still receive a printed utility bill notifying them of the amount being deducted from their account each month.

Deductions will begin the month following the month of receipt of completed authorization forms.
