Utility Bill Direct Payment Program

The City of Springboro is pleased to offer an efficient alternative to mailing or delivering Utility bill payments each month. We are now able to offer a DIRECT PAYMENT Program where, with pre-authorization, payments will automatically be received by the City on the 20th of each month. Residents no longer need to remember to write and mail a check, or call in a Credit Card Number. We will take care of it for you! By using Direct Payment, you’ll save time preparing payments, save money on postage fees, and eliminate the chance of a late payment. To take advantage of the safety, reliability and convenience of DIRECT PAYMENT, follow these easy steps:

  1. Obtain an authorization form from the City of Springboro in person or via mail by calling (937) 748-9721, or email at dee@cityofspringboro.com.

Participants will still receive a printed utility bill notifying them of the amount being deducted from their account each month.

Deductions will begin the month following the month of receipt of completed authorization forms.
