The City of Springboro Park Board regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 1 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers has been canceled; the rescheduled meeting date to be announced.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD SEPTEMBER MEETING SCHEDULE

The City of Springboro Architectural Review Board will hold their regularly scheduled business meeting on Monday, September 13 at 7:00 PM in the Springboro Municipal Building Council Chambers.  Additionally, the Board will meet at 330 S. Main Street in Springboro prior to the regular meeting at 6:00 PM to assess the current condition of the structure followed by a tour of the Historical Museum located at 110 S. Main Street in Springboro to view the current condition of the structure for maintenance planning purposes.

The City of Springboro Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to conduct a Public Hearing in regard to an appeal filed by Angela Wolfe, business owner, requesting that the use of the property at 10 Fairway Drive in Springboro for a day spa be permitted.  The property is currently zoned O-R, Office-Residential District, under Section 1264.16 of the City Planning and Zoning Code.  The Board may also conduct business during the meeting for organizational or general purposes.
