Until further notice, due to the move to the temporary facility, City Council meetings will not be aired live, but will be rebroadcast on Time Warner - Channel 6 on Fridays at 3:00 p.m., Saturdays at noon, Sundays at 3:00 p.m., and Mondays at 12:15 p.m.

The Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District will hold its periodic Austin Interchange Project Update Meeting on Monday, November 10, 2008 at 7:00 PM at Cox Arboretum at 6733 Springboro Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45449. Steve Stanley, TID Executive Director will update local elected officials regarding the Austin Interchange Project.

The Planning Commission meeting schedule for November has been changed. The Planning Commission will meet on November 11, 2008 beginning with the Work Session at 6:30 PM followed by the Formal Meeting at 7:00 PM. There will be no other Planning Commission meetings in November.

2009 BUDGET PRESENTATION
Tuesday, November 18 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers
The City of Springboro City Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the City's temporary facility in the Dalco Building, 425 S. Pioneer Boulevard, Springboro, Ohio. The purpose of this Special Meeting is to present and discuss the 2009 City Budget. No other business is anticipated; however, the City Council may conduct business for general purposes during the Special Meeting.
All other Springboro City Council and Committee Meetings will be held according to the regularly scheduled dates and times, as noted on the City calendar.
All meetings are held at the City's temporary facility in the Dalco Building located at 425 S. Pioneer Boulevard, Springboro, Ohio, unless otherwise posted.
