New Property Maintenance Code Company and Contact Number
As of August 16, the City of Springboro is utilizing a new company to conduct property maintenance inspections within the City. SouthWest Ohio Building Inspections (SWOBI) will be the new contact in case you would like to call in a complaint in your neighborhood (or elsewhere) about high weeds, broken gutters or downspouts on houses, etc.
The number to call to register a property maintenance complaint is: (937) 901-7052. You can also email a complaint to: info@swobi.us.
*Please keep in mind - sometimes complaints cannot be dealt with immediately. There is a certain notification process that must be legally followed to allow the property owner the opportunity to rectify the situation before the City can officially take action to abate the problem.
