GOAL: Provide a safe and secure environment resulting from a partnership between Springboro residents and the Police Department.
ACTION: Work on long range police department staff plan currently in place.
To accomplish this action:
- Continue to review and revise the internal management structure of the Police Department to reflect the long term goals of the City.
ACTION: Develop and implement a plan to solve City Hall/Police Station space problem immediately.
To accomplish this action:
Conduct a needs assessment study to determine present and future space requirements.
Evaluate current and alternative site locations.
Conduct an appraisal of existing facility.
ACTION: Study and develop a more effective disaster warning system.
